Dr. Paul Tully, PhD, is a seasoned intellectual property attorney and USPTO registered patent agent with nearly 25 years of broad experience across all aspects of corporate and law firm-based intellectual property practice, including first chair IP litigation, patent prosecution, licensing, business law, IP due diligence, and strategic IP and business counseling.
His practice includes helping clients protect innovations, evaluate patent rights, resolve intellectual property disputes, and structure transactions involving valuable technology assets.
